A three-year retrospective gathering the master tracks from select cassettes. Originally released in 2006 as an 8-tape box set by Harsh Head Rituals, this reissue adds "Shin O.C.D." (a 1998 self-released CD-R compiling material from "Shin Health" and "O.C.D." cassettes) to the list of collected titles. Full material from "Creature Drowning You" (1996, Almos Records), "Cartilage Deposit" (1996, Almos Records), "Refulcized" (1997, self-released),  "Living Dead Girl" (1998, self-released), "Crusty Etruscans" (1998, Spite), as well as "Rebianchilized" (2006, Harsh Head Rituals), and an unreleased track from a (failed?) split with ANTIBODY.
